Mission Bodyfit

Mission BodyFit is a class designed for women at the start of their fitness journey and for those looking to get back to it. The class runs for three one-hour sessions each week. This class will challenge you with functional bodyweight movements using light to moderate loads. It is a beginner class that teaches you all the foundational movements of Crossfit to build strength, cardio, core, and flexibility. If you are looking to shed fat, tone up, and improve aerobic capacity, then this is the class for you. Pre-registration is required and classes are limited to fifteen women.
