Classes Combining Strength and Cardio!

CrossFit classes provide a strength and conditioning program that consists of constantly varied functional movements. Our classes combine strength training with the traditional CrossFit cardio workout. In this class, the coach will lead you through a warmup and go over the movements in both the skill and the workout while providing a number of scaling options for you.
